Home Improvement Sales Representative (Program Advisor)

We are currently recruiting for our Program Advisor position, in which we are looking for experienced Sales Professionals seeking a career in Solar, Roofing, and general Home Improvement Sales. Compensation is 100% Commission.

• Estimated $5,000 to $7,000 during first month while training
• Estimated $8,000 to $30,000 per month once training is completed
• Conduct in-person energy assessments to help homeowners enroll in programs that work best for them and their home
• Close deals/projects

We are looking for candidates who

• Have at least 1 Year of Sales Experience (a plus if Home Improvement Sales)
• Ability to understand consultative sales processes
• Experience with CRM and other sales/project management systems
• A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Committed to their work and success
• An entrepreneur at heart willing to learn and develop their skills
• Able to work independently & responsibly
• Willing to run evening and weekend appointments that we schedule for you
• Ability to clear background check with the CA State Licensing Board (required in the State of CA)
• Want to put in the effort to make$150K to $$250K a year
